With our Digital Gift Card, your loved ones can find the perfect product in our store.

Gift Card Validity

The gift card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase/issue, unless otherwise specified.

Usage

It can only be used in the Malanca online store (malanca.store).
Applicable for the purchase of any available product.

Remaining Balance

If the gift card amount is not used in full, the remaining balance will be available until the expiration date.

Purchases Exceeding the Card Value

If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the card, the customer must pay the difference by another payment method.

Non-refundable

The gift card cannot be exchanged for money or refunded, except in cases required by law.

Unique Code

Each gift card is associated with a unique code. Keep the code safe, as it is needed for use.

Loss of the Card

If the code is lost, the gift card cannot be replaced.

Promotions and Discounts

The gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or combined with specific promotions, unless otherwise specified.

Manual Issuance

Malanca reserves the right to issue promotional gift cards with specific conditions.

Changes to Terms

Malanca reserves the right to modify the terms of use with notification on the website.
