### CONDITIONS OF SALE
The conditions listed below govern the sale of products between the supplier MALANCA, represented by Lizaveta Lauryk, and the consumer. We invite consumers to read these sales conditions carefully.
**CONTRACT**
Purchases made on the site malanca.store, unless otherwise expressly provided for by the following purchasing conditions, are regulated by Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, concerning consumer protection in the context of distance contracts.

The technical characteristics of the products are indicated by the supplier in the online catalog and contained in the product sheet. The characteristics of the products are not binding and may be subject to changes by the manufacturer without notice. Please contact us if you notice any differences, so we can verify the published information and proceed with any necessary updates.
**PRODUCT PRICES**
The prices, including VAT and any other taxes, are indicated next to each product. The amount that will be invoiced will be the one indicated next to each product and displayed on the page at the time of completing the order, without considering any subsequent updates.
MALANCA di Lizaveta Lauryk reserves the right to change product prices without any notice. Any price changes for products will be visible on our website and will be official only at the time of actual display.
**ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND AVAILABILITY**
Once the order is placed online, MALANCA di Lizaveta Lauryk will send an order acceptance confirmation to the customer's email. The customer is invited to keep this email.
In case it is not possible to fulfill the order partially or totally, MALANCA di Lizaveta Lauryk will immediately notify the customer, who can decide whether to wait for the product's availability or to be refunded if they have already paid.
**RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL**
According to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing reasons within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The communication of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal can occur in the following ways:

- By sending a registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

The above communication must include:
- Order number
- Name and surname of the recipient
- Payment method used
- Any IBAN to use for the refund
If the goods have been delivered, the Customer must return them, intact, to MALANCA di Lizaveta Lauryk at the above address within 14 days from the date they communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
**RETURN CONDITIONS**
The returned product must be intact, free of damage, wear, and signs of use. It must be in the same condition it was received, including the label and dust bag. It must also be returned complete in all its parts, including the packaging used (cardboard box) to avoid damage during transport.
The shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the customer. You can choose the courier to whom to entrust the shipment; however, we recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the product.
MALANCA is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Once the product is received, MALANCA will carefully verify its integrity.
The right of withdrawal expires if the product does not comply with the aforementioned return conditions: damaged goods, with signs of use, or missing elements (including label and packaging); goods returned beyond the allowed time frame.
In such cases, MALANCA will return the non-compliant product to the customer, charging them for the additional shipping costs.
On the other hand, if the product complies with the return conditions, the refund will be made exclusively for the price of the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase. In the case of payment on delivery, you will be asked to provide an IBAN for the refund of the amount corresponding solely to the price of the product.
The shipping costs related to the original purchase and any cash on delivery fee are to be attributed to the courier involved and, being an external service, will not be refunded.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on the policies of the financial institutions involved.
Some products may not be eligible for return and refund, such as customized items.

**SUPPLIER WITHDRAWAL**
MALANCA di Lizaveta Lauryk may exercise the right of withdrawal as a supplier if it is unable to fulfill the order due to temporary unavailability within 30 days from the order date, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 185/99. The customer will be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid.
The refund of the amount already paid corresponding to the entire order (including any shipping cost contribution) or that part of the products for which they have withdrawn will be made via bank transfer within 30 days from the customer's return of the goods.
**ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION FOR CONSUMERS**
Consumers residing in Europe should be aware that the European Commission has established an online platform providing an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool can be used by European consumers to resolve any disputes related to and/or arising from sales contracts for goods and services concluded online. Therefore, if you are a European consumer, you can use this platform to resolve any dispute arising from the online contract established with the Owner. The platform is available at the following link (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
The Owner is available to respond to any inquiries sent via email to the address published in this document.
**DATA PRIVACY PROTECTION (Legislative Decree 675/96 and subsequent amendments and integrations)**
MALANCA di Lizaveta Lauryk informs that the personal data provided by filling out the "order form" or in any other way is subject to processing pursuant to Law No. 675/96 and subsequent amendments and integrations.
Such data remain available to the customer for verification, modification, or deletion and for the exercise of any other rights provided for in Article 13 of Law No. 675/96 (and subsequent amendments and integrations).
Data are entered into a customer registry archive at the time of the first order or registration.
Regarding such data, MALANCA di Lizaveta Lauryk communicates that:
- The collection and processing of customer data are necessary if they want to order products or access particular services (in this case, a refusal by the consumer would make it impossible to fulfill the order or access the service), while it is optional in every other case.
- Customer data will be processed in written form and on electronic media; their processing will take place in relation to contractual needs, including deposit operations, payments, and delivery of the ordered products, to comply with legal obligations or those imposed by authorities.
- Consumer data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties, except for those necessary or functional for the contractual fulfillment of MALANCA di Lizaveta Lauryk, banking institutions for payment management, and couriers for transporting the products purchased to the location indicated by the consumer.
Consumer data, unless they specify otherwise, will be communicated to the person to whom they have decided to send one or more products purchased through the site https://malanca.store/.
