Refund policy
### RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing reasons within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Within this period, it is necessary to send an email to info@malanca.store expressing the intention to return the product, indicating:
– order number
– name and surname of the recipient
– payment method used
– possible IBAN for the refund
### RETURN CONDITIONS
The returned product must be intact, free from damage, wear, and signs of use. It must be in the same condition as received, including the label and Dust Bag. Additionally, it must be returned complete in all its parts, including the packaging (cardboard box) used to avoid damage during transport.
Shipping costs for the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer. You can independently choose the courier to whom you will entrust the shipment; however, we recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the product.
MALANCA is in no way responsible for lost or damaged returns. Once the product is received, MALANCA will carefully verify its integrity.
The right of withdrawal is forfeited if the product does not comply with the above return conditions: damaged goods, with signs of use, or missing elements (including label and packaging); goods returned beyond the allowed time frame.
In this case, MALANCA will return the unsuitable returned product to the customer, charging them for the additional shipping costs.
Conversely, if the product complies with the return conditions, a refund will be made exclusively for the price of the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. In the case of cash on delivery, you will be asked to provide an IBAN to which the amount corresponding to the product price will be credited.
Shipping costs related to the original purchase and any fees for cash on delivery are attributed to the courier and, being an external service, will not be refunded.
